Matching with Prospective Families

Families will review Agency Profiles and decide whether or not to work with your organization based on the information you have provided.

Messaging System

During this time, questions may occur and prospective adoptive parents are encouraged to contact your agency through the AdoptMatch site.

Each time you log into the site you will have an alert in the upper right-hand corner as to how many messages you have received. Click on the “Messages” link. Reply back to the prospective families like any other email system.

You can receive email alerts when your organization receives a private message. In your profile on the Edit Account tab, the bottom-most selection is “Private message email notification”, check this box to turn on this function.

Change of Focus?

No problem!

Just make sure you are keeping your agency's profile up to date. You can do this by going to My Profile and clicking on the Edit Profile tab. If the contact person or email address changes, go to My Profile and click on the Edit Account tab.

Remember to click the Save button at the bottom of the page!
